As anyone in the insurance business knows, finding prospects is the key to being successful. Our agency, having numerous divisions, receives leads from other agents in our division network. SINCE WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR AGENTS WHO WOULD TAKE ANOTHER AGENTS CLIENT we have never had a complaint. Agents feel confident to then pass on a lead through the network system.. We track all leads from agent to agent thus knowing where the original lead came in and being always aware of whose client the lead belongs to. We also receive leads from carriers we represent, from the internet, agent consumer websites, the power of the team network program, local and national advertising, marketing efforts, and from referrals from clients Even though we pass any leads or referrals received by our agency to our sales force, it is still crucial for each agent to generate their own business. Further we assist our agents with finding lead sources, including lead generation companies, network marketing oppotunities, advertising, seminars, community involvement, etc.
