Plans provide basic benefits for accidents only and/or illnesses at reasonable costs. These plans are used as supplemental coverage for existing high deductible health plans or provide limited benefits for individuals who cannot afford a major medical plan. There are several types of plans to choose from and rates depend on the plan, coverage limits, and benefits desired.
