The insurance industry is constantly changing with new companies, new plans, and new regulations.  To provide the best service to our clients and the companies we represent, training is an ongoing part of our business.  In fact, it is mandatory by more and more companies and even federally required for some Medicare plans and Long Term Care Insurance. Although training is up to you to obtain, we offer unlimited opportunities for you to do so. Besides carrier specific training from the carriers and or managers, other training opportunities include mentorships, individual department training, in field and class room etc.

Training

Representatives from the insurance companies periodically schedule trainings exclusively for our agency.  These trainings may be held at the corporate offices of the carriers,allowing agents to personally get to know the carriers training and sales representatives. These may include customer services personel and account representatives.

For those carriers outside of the area, in today's world, more and more carriers are finding it much more cost effective to reach more people by offering online meeting and training programs.

One on one training and support is always available as needed as well by our agency.
